The app has a web manifest, mobile icons, and offline app shell support—the web foundations needed to package it as an Android Trusted Web Activity (TWA).

What publishing still requires

A Google Play developer account, a production HTTPS domain, an Android app package signed by the owner, store listing assets, and Google Play review are required before anyone can install it from the Play Store.

Publishing note

This website cannot submit an app to Google Play or create a Play Console account on your behalf. Once it is hosted on your verified HTTPS domain, package that domain as a TWA, upload the signed Android App Bundle to Play Console, and complete Google’s review requirements.
